About Hyperion Farm

In 1995, the Gudens started their Hyperion Farm in Wellington, Florida. The farm specialized in the breeding and selling of Dutch Warmblood (KWPN) horses. Sagacious has been one of the farm's big successes. Just how good he is became evident in 2007, when he was reserve National Prix St Georges Champions and a member of the Pan American team. In addition to the team Gold Medal, he also earned the individual Silver Medal.

The year 2007 had its competitive highs, but it was also the year that Judy Guden lost her noble 5 1/2–year struggle with breast cancer. Her horses and the success of Sagacious brought her tremendous happiness up to the last, and her memory lives on in the hearts of  all those who loved her. Judy's friends continue to celebrate her life with a perpetual trophy that is given annually at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby.

Sagacious is currently being ridden by Chase Hickok. She is being trained by Endel Ots.
