August 2006 - Uptown Finishes 2nd in the 5 year old Pavo Cup

After leading the first round, Uptown was beaten in the final round by Ucelli (Olivi x Gribaldi), a gelding.

Uptown scored an 87.5 in the first round, 85 in the second round and then was not at his best in the third round where he scored and 80 (from Heather Blitz) and an 85 (from Stefan Van Ingelgem). The guest riders gave Ucelli an 85 and a 95 and that gave him the come from behind victory.
